TEL’s box-shaped manufacturing equipment is used to produce the latest semiconductors. Naturally, production equipment also requires cutting-edge technology.
TEL values reliable service, and produces order-made equipment in Japan to meet the needs of customers around the world.
The semiconductors installed in electronic devices used by you were possibly made using TEL’s semiconductor production equipment.

Experience this cutting-edge technology and reliable service on-site where actual development and production of equipment takes place.

TEL grew to a company with market capitalization valued at 3 trillion yen within 56 years of its founding. Net sales have exceeded 1 trillion yen. TEL’s ability to achieve this level of growth has been due to bold decision making, and continued willingness to change the business model.
Japan’s business environment is confronted with many uncertainties, focused on the challenge of 2050, with Japan’s expected population drop. In order to confront such problems, what is needed is the power to make decisions.

This program focuses on what you can learn starting now, even without specialized management and business skills, and what is required by all managers.

Programming & AI experience

TEL equipment is required to implement control at a nano-level. The program is designed for you to experience this control through simulation. We also organize a gathering to meet with employees.

Control the leading-edge.

Apply movement to TEL manufacturing equipment and improve its performance. In other words, control technology is what breathes life into the equipment. Semiconductor production equipment, which is TEL’s main business, is required to implement control at a nano-level.
*1 nanometer = 0.000 000 001 meters
In this program, you will experience equipment development (embedded system control) and AI development (AI-related control). This control technology is responsible for the miniaturization and lamination that affects semiconductor performance.

This program allows you to understand the working day of a mechanical engineer, analysis of abnormal noise of robots, and an understanding of the required knowledge and skills.

(Operating income margin of 20% or above)This is considered extremely rare in the manufacturing industry.Although engineers produce technology, TEL’s business is based on the essence of a sales agent who produces goods and converts this into money (producing profit).Sales is at the forefront of profit generation.This session will focus on questions such as “What value do we provide for customers?”and “How do we produce value?”You will learn about these topics through this experience.
